Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns
14-day returns from delivery — unworn, in original packaging, with all components. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt. COD refunds are made by bank transfer. The first 100 customers get free return shipping; after that, return shipping is borne by the customer.

Exchanges
30-day fit or style exchange — one free exchange per order.

Cancellations
Email hello@irislane.in within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel or change it. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — you can return it instead.
