Terms and conditions

This website, irislane.in, is operated by Treeka Healthtech Private Limited, 1014 Vipul Business Park, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India ("IRIS LANE", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices
All frames are sold as described on their product pages. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. A struck-through price is the maximum retail price; the price shown beside it is what you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay.

Orders
An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a frame is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or address, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay and accepted by card, UPI, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Delivery
Delivery within India is free. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.

Returns, replacements and warranty
Returns, replacements and the six-month warranty are set out in our Returns and warranty policy.

Use of the site
The photographs, text, frame names and the IRIS LANE name and logo on this site belong to Treeka Healthtech Private Limited and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
