14-day returns from delivery, unworn, in the original packaging with all components. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receipt. There is also a 30-day fit or style exchange, one free exchange per order. Email hello@irislane.in with your order number to start.

Every IRIS LANE frame has UV400 lenses, which block UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are tinted, not polarised.

Each product page ends with a size guide showing lens width, bridge and temple length in millimetres. The same three numbers are printed inside the temple of any pair you already own, so you can compare. The Find your fit page shows which frames suit round, oval, square, heart and long faces.

The frame, a hard case, a lens cloth, lens cleaner, a screwdriver keychain and a welcome card. Every pair is checked by hand and set straight before it ships.

Every frame carries a six-month warranty. If something is wrong, email hello@irislane.in with photos and we will sort it out.
